How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

What is your return policy for DIY kits and supplies?

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that digital downloads and personalized custom kits are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to include more international destinations in the near future.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You can request a change or cancellation within 1 hour of placement by contacting our support team; however, once an order has entered the fulfillment stage, it cannot be modified.
